This page is for VerticalResponse Classic (VRC) API access only.If you are a VR2 user and sign in at vr2.verticalresponse.com, do not use this form or the API instructions on this page.To request API access for VR2:
- Go to the VerticalResponse Support request form: https://support.verticalresponse.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
- Select “API Access” as the request type.
- Include the email address associated with your VerticalResponse account in the ticket.
VR2 API access must be requested through VerticalResponse Support. The API information on this page applies only to the legacy VerticalResponse Classic (VRC) platform.

Getting Access to the API
VerticalResponse Classic (VRC) accounts only. If you’re on VR2, don’t use this form — see the note above instead.

WSDL Documents and Endpoints
Our SOAP-based API uses two standard WSDL documents to describe the available methods, types and functionality that are available to you on VerticalResponse Classic (VRC).
If you are a customer with a standard VerticalResponse Classic (VRC) account with no need for subaccounts, you will use the Enterprise API:
